RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
To guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit equal to the first night, room and tax, 14-day cancellation (or 50% for group bookings and for stays of five nights or more, and ALL nights, room and tax, if a special event/holiday minimum stay is in effect, 30-day cancellation).

FOR FANTASY FEST AND THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
We require a deposit of the total cost for room and tax for 5 nights; 60-day cancellation. Due to our small size, cancellations and changes made to arrival and departure dates affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy. An early departure, after check-in, will necessitate a charge of one additional night room and tax. A change or postponement of arrival date within 14, 30 or 60 days (as outlined above) of the original arrival date (if the reservation is cancelled later) will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

ROOM REQUESTS
We are unable to guarantee specific rooms, but we will note your preferences, and will do our very best to fulfill your requests!

ALL GUEST ROOMS ARE SMOKE-FREE.

CHILDREN
Children 14 and older are welcome.

PETS
No pets of any kind, please.

THE CAFÉ MARQUESA
Our restaurant is very popular, but small; we recommend advance reservations.
