Reservation cancellation
Reservation must be canceled by 16:00 EST 14 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund.
A 30-day cancellation is required for Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Races, and Christmas/New Years.
Deposit policy
Reservations require a 1-night deposit, plus tax.
A 50% deposit of stay is required for Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Races, and Christmas/New Years.
Deposit & Insurance
Reservations are not guaranteed without a deposit. We recommend you purchase trip insurance. Refunds will not be made due to weather or airline cancellations.
Smoke-free property
The Marquesa Hotel, Cafe Marquesa and Marquesa 414 guest rooms and outdoor areas are completely smoke-free.
Pets
No pets of any kind please.
Children
The Marquesa Hotel welcome guests who are over 14 years old.
Café Marquesa
Please make your reservations for Café Marquesa in advance. It is the best on the island, very small and popular! Reservations may be made at 305-292-1244 or on OpenTable.com
Room Requests
The Marquesa Hotel and Marquesa 414 are historic properties and each is unique. We cannot guarantee ground level and/or pool view accommodations. Requests will be noted at the time of booking.
