The Marquesa Hotel and Marquesa 414 are historic properties and each is unique. We cannot guarantee ground level and/or pool view accommodations. Requests will be noted at the time of booking.

The Marquesa Hotel, Cafe Marquesa and Marquesa 414 guest rooms and outdoor areas are completely smoke-free.
All major credit cards are accepted to pay for your room and to guarantee your stay. Marquesa Hotel is a cashless property.
Reservations are not guaranteed without a deposit. We recommend you purchase trip insurance. Refunds will not be made due to weather or airline cancellations.
Reservations require a 1-night deposit, plus tax.
A 50% deposit of stay is required for Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Races and Christmas/New Years.
Reservation must be canceled by 16:00 EST 14 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund. A 30-day cancellation is required for Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Races and Christmas/New Years.
